Request Form and take it to your local branch for processing. You can also bring in your last credit card statements from your other financial institutions.

Credit Line Increase
If you already have our Visa credit card and need additional buying power, you can request a credit line increase5 through Press Pass, at your local branch or by calling our 24/7 Member Services at (888) 732-8562. Additionally, we may automatically increase your credit limit from time to time based on your repayment history and other factors. We will notify you of any automated increase. Contact us if you’d like to decline any automated increases.
Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to your local branch or by calling 888-732-8562 / 919-857-2150.
