Statements are generated for all accounts. Members have the option of
receiving paper statements by US Mail or viewing statements online via
CashPoints ATMs are available statewide, enabling members to access their
accounts around the clock. An NCPAFCU debit card is required for use. Use
our Locations finder for a list of CashPoints in your area.
Paychecks may be deposited directly into a member´s account, provided that their
employer participates in the Direct Deposit service. To establish Direct Deposit,
a member must visit his/her employer´s payroll office.
Funds Transfer Funds Transfer allows you to electronically transfer funds between your Credit Union accounts on a one-time or recurring basis.
Overdraft Transfer Service
Overdraft transfer service is offered for checking accounts as a "safety net" to assist
with clearing items when the funds are not available. Another checking, share, or
money market may be used as the protecting account. Up to
6 overdraft transfers1 may be made per statement cycle from a share or
money market account. Transfers are completed in $50 increments with a $0.50 fee
per transfer. Overdraft may be requested or modified via a branch, our 24/7 Member Services or online through Press Pass.
Members may elect to have a specified portion of their paycheck withheld and sent
to the credit union for deposit to another account of their choice or to make a payment on a loan.

Press For Info allows members the convenience of remote account access via
touch-tone telephone. Services include account inquiry, transfers of funds,
rate information and more. A 3-digit PIN is required for use. PINs may be
established at a local SECU branch or by contacting our 24/7 Member Services.
NCPAFCU can send and receive domestic and international wires for our members through a direct, electronic link with the Federal Reserve.
Domestic wires may be completed for a $10 fee and international wires may be completed for $25. For multiple wire transfers to the same destination,
a recurring number can expedite the process. Request a recurring number at your local branch. Recurring wire requests may be submitted online via
Press Pass. You should obtain proper wiring instructions from the receiving financial institution.
1Transfers exceeding the maximum will incur a fee equal to the
current Non-sufficient Funds fee. Repeated excess transfers may result in
the loss of overdraft privileges.
