Automated Account Services

NCPAFCU members are offered a variety of automated services for their convenience.

CashPoints® ATM

CashPoints ATMs are available statewide, enabling members to access their accounts around the clock. Use SECU’s online Branch and ATM Locator for a list of CashPoints in your area, and always practice ATM Safety when visiting any CashPoints location.

E-statements

Make the switch to go paperless. Sign up for e-statements and enjoy the security and benefits of viewing your account statements online via Member Access.

Direct Deposit

Paychecks may be deposited directly into an eligible account, provided that your employer participates in the direct deposit service. Complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Form and take to your human resources or payroll office to initiate/change your direct deposit.

Press For Info

Press For Info allows members the convenience of remote account access via interactive voice response system at (877) 247-7377.  Services include account inquiry, transfers of funds, rate information and more. A 3-digit PIN is required for use. PINs may be established at a local branch or by contacting Member Services Support.

Transfer Funds

We offer two ways to schedule an electronic transfer of funds on a one-time or recurring basis from your NCPAFCU Checking, Share, CashPoints Global (CPG), or Money Market Share Account to another eligible NCPAFCU account, including payments to loans and credit cards. Note: Funds cannot be transferred to a Share Term Certificate (STC) Account.

Overdraft Transfer Service

NCPAFCU offers an optional Overdraft Transfer Service where available funds are transferred from your designated NCPAFCU Share Accounts, Money Market Share Accounts, and other checking accounts to help prevent your protected checking account from experiencing non-sufficient funds (NSF) activity or becoming overdrawn, which could result in fees.

Transfers are completed in $50 increments. You may request or modify Overdraft Transfer Service by contacting your local branch, through Member Services Support, or online through Member Access.

Wire Transfer

NCPAFCU can send and receive domestic and international wires for our members through a direct, electronic link with the Federal Reserve. Domestic wires may be completed for a $15 fee and international wires may be completed for $35. You should obtain proper wiring instructions from the receiving financial institution.

If you frequently send wire transfers from the same Credit Union debit account to the same recipient or beneficiary account, you can request a recurring number by contacting your local branch or Member Services Support at (888) 732-8562. Recurring wire requests may be submitted online via Member Access, or by contacting Member Services Support or your local branch. If your recurring wire number is not used for 12 consecutive months, it will be deleted.
