Our Visa® debit and CashPoints® cards come with select accounts and offer a variety of features. Compare card options for access to your funds.

Your money, when you need it

NCPAFCU offers three main types of debit cards designed for your convenience: Visa Debit, CashPoints Global Debit (CPG Visa), and CashPoints (non-Visa).1 We also offer Zard® and HSA Debit Cards (Visa).

  • Accepted worldwide

    Visa Debit and CashPoints Global cards can be used worldwide and online at participating Visa merchants. All debit cards, including the non-Visa CashPoints cards, can be used at CashPoints and PLUS® network ATMs and at national Interlink and Maestro merchants.

  • Activity and fraud monitoring

    Receive card activity notifications to help block potential fraud in near real-time. Enable the Debit Card Transaction Alert in Member Access to monitor your card activity.

  • Statewide ATMs

    CashPoints ATMs are available across North Carolina for 24/7 account access.2

  • 24/7 access

    Reach your account online through Member Access, at an ATM or your local branch, via ASK SECU, or by calling Member Services Support at (888) 732-8562.

  1. CashPoints cards do not bear the Visa logo and cannot be used to complete Visa transactions.
  2. NCPAFCU assesses a surcharge for withdrawals using certain non-NCPAFCU issued cards at CashPoints ATMs. You will be notified during the transaction before you are charged if the fee applies to your non-NCPAFCU issued card.
  3. CashPoints cards are not issued as contactless cards and are not compatible with contactless payment technology.
  4. CashPoints cards are not eligible for use with Mobile Payments.
  5. Visa Zero Liability Policy for unauthorized purchase transactions means you are not responsible for fraudulent transactions on your card if you promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. For additional details visit Visa’s Zero Liability Policy.
  6. The daily purchase limit includes the maximum cash withdrawal limit per day. If cash is withdrawn, the amount available for purchases that day is reduced by the withdrawn cash amount.
  7. Withdrawals can be made in multiples of $20 at CashPoints ATMs.
  8. Funds in an HSA are for qualified medical expenses. Review our Health Savings Account for more information.
  9. Card bears the Visa logo and can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
  10. A Checking Account is required to make purchases.
  11. To receive Irregular Card Activity Alerts, you must have agreed to the terms of our Online Services Agreement and maintain your current text number with us. You can withdraw your consent to receive these alerts at any time by texting STOP or by calling Member Services Support.
