The CPG Account is an alternative to our Checking Account offering and may be a good option for members who like to travel, shop or pay bills online, or need an account that is easy to manage. This is a non-dividend bearing demand deposit account with electronic-only access through your CPG Card. As the only account linked to the CPG Visa® Debit Card (CPG Visa), the CPG Account limits your fraud risk by excluding paper checks and ACH transactions, and reinforces healthy spending habits by limiting transactions to the available balance.

    No NSF fees because paper checks and ACH withdrawals and debits are not available with a CPG Account.1

    Add authorized user2 who can access the account with their own CPG Visa Debit Card.

  • Direct deposit
    Automatically receive paychecks via direct deposit, and get paid up to one day early through our Early Direct Deposit service.3

  • 24/7

    Access your account online through Press Pass at an ATM or at any branch office, via Press for Info, and through Member Services Support at (888) 732-8562.

  • Low maintenance fee

    Pay just $1 per month as a monthly maintenance fee.4

Open account

  1. CPG Accounts will not accept debit transactions for more than the available balance in the account. However, the available balance is determined by posted funds and may not reflect held funds or pending charges. Therefore, the account may become overdrawn if spending is not properly monitored by the member (such as in a check register).
  2. An authorized user can create an Online Services access, view the account balance, and perform transactions through their CPG Visa Debit Card.
  3. Early access to your funds is not guaranteed.
